are our products halal/vegetarian?

we are not halal-certified. however, there is no pork and/or lard in our products!
we do have egg-less bakes and all products are non-meat based ingredients.
ingredients will be stated accordingly on each of the product page. do check them out before ordering!

how long can the bakes last?

we pride ourselves in baking with no preservatives or added flavour. we urge you to consume within the recommended timeframe for each item on their product page.

what are the delivery charges?

do take note as we are a small operating business, order has to be made before 11:00 am for same-day delivery. further details could be found at delivery schedule
we offer standard delivery at $10 per location and free delivery for orders above $65!
*additional fee applies for fringe location, e.g. Sentosa and Tuas

delivery timeslot

as your order/location may be grouped with others, we are unable to provide an exact time for the delivery. deliveries take place between 1 to 8pm daily, and we seek your understanding for any delays (usually due to weather or traffic). we strive to get your products to you as soon as possible!
if you do wish to have your order sent at a specific timeframe,
2 hrs window: $15* | 4 hrs window: $10*

for incomplete address and/or unable to deliver

please double check the address and always include the contact number of recipient.
in the event of incomplete address, the courier will reach out to the contact number given. if there is no one at the address stated, the courier will be given permission to leave the product at the door (photo proof will be sent).

can i cancel my order?

we do not accept returns and/or exchanges. for any discrepancies in quantity or order, please contact us immediately, or up to 4 hours after delivery for resolution. delivered orders after the 4-hours window will be deemed invalid.
unfortunately, we are unable to make a refund for your order after payment is completed and confirmed. however, we will be able to assist and change the order for a later collection/delivery date.
please check your order carefully before checking out. we reserve the right to accept or reject any cancellation requests. *do take note that there is a non-refundable 3.8% fee for the online payment gateway (except manual paynow transfers), applicable to any successful appeal for refunds.
